In this micro-credential, we discuss the need for ongoing monitoring of Operational Plans and the performance of the staff that are executing it. There are a variety of areas that could experience issues, and we need to plan effectively to notice these issues as they arise and rectify them.
This micro-credential follows on from and leads on to other short courses within the subject area of Operational Plans.
